Online Beginner Yoga Course.

Course will be given by Sreekumar, a yoga master and holistic therapist from India, with over 14 years of teaching experience.

At the end of this course, you will have a clear view about yoga and how to implement it in your day to day life (healthier diet, healthier practice, healthier breath, more positive and calm mind).
You will also be able to practice all the 12 basics yoga postures that will allow you once mastered to evolve in the variations of those postures in a stable, strong and safe way.
The postures include inverted postures such a headstand, arm balance such as crow, sitting postures, back bends and twists as well as standing ones.
You will also learn and practice breathing techniques that will Cleanse your body and calm your thoughts.

You will be receiving a booklet as a reference with a summary of the course.

The course will spread upon 8 classes twice a week for 4 weeks:
Wednesday 3,10,17,24 June at 6:15pm
Friday 5,12,19,26 June at 6:15pm

The classes will be given online via Zoom.

Registration is a must in advance // Deadline to register is Monday June 1st.
