A mindful journey to overcome the daily stress that we are facing.

A healthy body is only one part of an overall well-being. One of the biggest reasons for disease is stress thus controlling the mind is a very powerful tool for finding harmony within.

Pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) expand the energy, calm the mind and Cleanse the body in preparation for meditation and mindfulness.

In the class, you will be guided through the practice of those powerful breathing techniques and meditation.

Teacher : Sreekumar, advanced yoga teacher & Therapist from India with over 14 years of teaching experience around the world.

Classes will be given via Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 to 8am for 4 weeks in February 2021.

Fees : 120 000 LL (for the 4 weeks)
