A beginner’s level class is for people who are absolutely new to yoga or have been inconsistent in their practice and wish to start back properly and safely.
You will get introduced to the basic postures as well as the basic breathing exercises.
“The body is as young as it is flexible.”
Level 2 classes include variations of the basic postures and holding asanas for a longer time therefore building up strength and flexibility.
Practicing advanced asanas helps you combine the benefits of more than one yoga posture into one. It increases the level of concentration and balance.
Level 3 classes challenge the body and the mind, help the practitioner explore his body’s potential and own willpower.
Prenatal yoga is an integral practice during pregnancy.
Not only it keeps you fit, physically comfortable and free from most of the pregnancy-related aches, but also takes your experience into a deeper realm: By emphasizing on the breath during postures, your level of concentration will increase and you will gain control over your thoughts.
Relaxation is an important part in yoga with tremendous benefits because the relaxation is not only physical but also mental and spiritual for you and your baby.
You will become more sensitive to the changes in your body, to the connection that you have with your child from within the womb. In conclusion you will gain a new and higher perspective on life and the birth.
Yoga Therapy is one of the most effective complementary and integrative therapies for many common chronic conditions (e.g. hypertension and diabetes, asthma and arthritis, spine problems and back pain, anxiety and depression, chronic stress and trauma).
It is a private class; therefore the teacher will give the class depending upon the specific condition of the practitioner.
Medical research & experiments have recently started to recognise the effectiveness & benefits of yoga on the physical level as well as on the mental health; a discovery that ancient yogis had already experienced and written about centuries ago.
