Seeing how yoga changed him when college didn’t meet his expectations, he felt the urge to transmit his personal experience to others. He embarked on his path as a teacher in 2006, strongly believing in the power of the yoga philosophy and its practice to bring inner happiness and balance. Sreekumar’s teaching is authentic, simple and yet energetic. He gives Hatha Yoga classes to students of all ages, levels and with different backgrounds. Sreekumar has learned from great teachers in India where he was born and brought up. He obtained his first Sivananda Teacher training certificate at the age of 25 from Neyyar Dam Ashram. He then continued his many advanced trainings in yoga, pranic healing, reflexology & Ayurveda massage for 3 years. In 2015, he took a one month Hatha yoga training in Isha yoga foundation and a one month yoga instructor course from Bihar school of yoga. He is registered in the 500YTC yoga alliance. Sreekumar has taught and lived in different Sivananda ashrams in India (New delhi, Madurai, kerala...). He moved to Belarus in 2010 where he taught for 5 years while traveling around at the same time to different countries giving yoga workshops, retreats and tours such as in China, Lebanon & India.

When she stepped out of her first Yoga class in 2010, she knew she had finally found a path she is passionate about. Her aim as a yoga teacher is to set at least a foundation stone on the path of any person who comes to her classes; a stone towards happiness and change, the way she experienced them. Josiane’s teaching is authentic, structured and students are drawn to her soft voice and energy. She gives Hatha Yoga classes to students of different ages & levels. Having a bachelor degree in midwifery and a 10 years’ experience in that field, she also gives prenatal yoga classes for mommies to be. Josiane has learned from great teachers in India. She obtained her first teacher training certificate in 2014 from Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham in Varkala and started teaching straight after. She obtained her 500 hours advanced yoga training from the same school in the beginning of 2016.
