This course is a good way to start if you are a complete beginner to yoga or have already started but feel you are just following others not really understanding how the postures should be properly done.
The Course goes over 4 weeks and includes 8 classes overall, it covers:
Introduction to yoga philosophy
Implementing yoga in your daily life
Shifting to a healthy diet
Basic breathing techniques
Basic Asanas (postures): How to practice, how to adjust, there benefits
Relaxation and mindfulness techniques
This course is the second step after completing the Level 1 course. It will give you a deeper knowledge about the yoga philosophy.
In the theory part the “Yoga sutras” will be covered. Yoga sutras have been compiled by Sage Patanjali and explain the yogic philosophy, practices, ethics etc… in depth.
The practical part will cover:
Advanced pranayamas (Breathing)
Bandhas (Locks)
Meditation techniques
Variations of 12 basic postures

Meditation is a state, a flow of one thought as we succeed to suspended of the unnecessary fluctuations of the mind.
This course will give you tools and concentration practices to start taming your mind.
You will learn how to set a proper environment for meditation at home, including time, space etc…
You will also learn the different stages to go through to reach to a meditative state as well a general idea about the function of the mind.
You will practice different meditation and concentration techniques.
